"People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Love them anyway.
If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish motives.
Do good anyway.
Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
Be honest anyway.
The biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest people with the smallest minds.
Think big anyway.
What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.
People really need help but may turn against you if you help them.
Help them anyway.
Give the world the best you have and you may get kicked in the teeth.
Give the world the best you've got anyway."
~The Paradoxical Commandments by Dr. Kent M. Keith, 1968

Love this post...so true and biblical.
I love this! We all need to have this stuck to our refrigerators where we can see and be reminded to do good regardless of the cost.
